National Evaluation Series™ Exams for Oklahoma

Starting in June 2025, the Oklahoma Office of Educational Quality and Accountability (OEQA) has approved the use of select National Evaluation Series tests to provide greater flexibility in meeting Oklahoma educator certification requirements. This expansion offers candidates additional pathways to certification while maintaining the rigor and standards expected of Oklahoma educators. Are CEOE versions of tests still valid?

For some tests, candidates have the option to take either the Certification Examinations for Oklahoma Educators (CEOE) version or the Series version. For the Assessment of Professional Knowledge and Foundations of Reading, there is no corresponding CEOE test; examinees must take the Series version if it is required for their certification.
